Wirebase provides tools supporting business processes in line with compliance requirements.

Wirebase adjusts data visibility to the real needs of team members. Excessive access is eliminated while maintaining full system usability for each department.

GDPR

Supports the principle of data minimization and accountability through access control and full logging of operations on personal data.

NIS2

Strengthens IT risk management through privileged access control and monitoring of system events.

DORA

Ensures auditability of IT environments and traceability of data operations with readiness for regulatory inspections.

Access

Complex regulations. Simple solutions. Be ready for every audit.

Developers, testers, and customer support teams often have excessive access to data from databases or system logs. The lack of strict access controls for sensitive data increases the risk of data leaks, regulatory penalties, and violations of NIS2 and DORA standards.

Full control over access to production data and system logs

Fully implement the principle of data minimization and precisely define who can see which data and to what extent. Record every operation and create verifiable evidence for audits.

System1

Wirebase anonymizes sensitive information in real time on the server and enables secure display in the browser.

Thanks to an intuitive interface, each employee gets access to a fast log search adapted to their access permissions.

The system can be connected to any SQL or NoSQL database and configured through a visual editor without modifying the application.

Evidence Trail logs every access to data and logs in real time, creating a clear audit trail of who accessed which information and when.

The application does not modify the structure or content of the database and does not interfere with the logic of source systems. It can be enabled or disabled at any time without affecting the infrastructure.

Build competitive advantage with an architecture designed for data protection and security.

Data Protection Officers and Auditors

Gain real operational independence and continuous visibility into who accesses data, when, and to what extent — without involving the IT department. Monitor compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and DORA, generate audit reports, and prepare your organization for regulatory inspections based on facts.

Developers and DevOps

Analyze errors and incidents using production data without violating the principle of data minimization. Use controlled, masked data views and full logging so debugging does not require excessive access to sensitive data.

Customer Support

Handle complaints, returns, and customer inquiries in a clear interface that displays only the data necessary for the process. Limit access to sensitive information while maintaining full operational efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Key information about the security, architecture, and implementation of Wirebase.

Are data transferred to the Wirebase cloud?

No. Wirebase is installed exclusively within the customer’s infrastructure (On-Premise). Personal data never leave your organization and are not transferred to cloud services. This significantly accelerates due diligence and risk assessment processes.

How does data anonymization work?

Wirebase performs real queries against the source database (SELECT only). The results are then anonymized in real time on the server before being displayed in the user’s browser. The scope of anonymization depends on the user’s or user group’s access level.

Does Wirebase modify the database or application?

No. The system does not change the structure or content of the database and does not interfere with the logic of the source application. It functions as a read-only access layer and can be enabled or disabled at any time without affecting production systems.

Which databases are supported?

Wirebase can connect to many popular SQL and NoSQL database systems, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, and ElasticSearch. Configuration is performed at the administrator level without modifying the application.

How is user access managed?

Authentication is performed via SSO, optionally with additional two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator or Microsoft). Administrators can create user groups and define which data are visible to each group.

Is access to data logged?

Yes. The Evidence Trail mechanism records every access to data and logs in real time. The system stores information about who accessed which data, when, and to what extent, creating a permanent audit trail compliant with GDPR, NIS2, and DORA requirements.
